The campus calendar is maintained by staff across campus. However, the Auxiliary Services Office holds the primary responsibility for the calendar. The office can be contacted at 463-7148.
To post an event to the calendar, simply click on Post an Event, or Sign in to Post/Request, in the navigation to the left. You will be presented with a form in which to enter the details of the event. When you have completed the form, click Submit for Approval. Your event will not appear on the campus calendar until it has been approved by an authorized user.
You have to add the image to the event when it is first submitted for approval. See "How do I add an event to the calendar?"
Currently, only authorized users can change events. To request a change, please contact the Auxiliary Services Office at 463-7148.
All events must be approved by an authorized user before they will appear in the calendar.
To make a reservation of a campus facility, simply click on Request a Room Reservation, or Sign in to Post/Request, in the navigation to the left. You will be presented with a form in which to enter the details of the event. You will also be able to select a campus location from a list of available rooms. When you have completed the form, click Submit for Approval. Your room will not be reserved, and the event will not appear on the campus calendar until it has been approved by an authorized user.
Anytime you wish to use a room for which you or your organization does not have control over, you will need to request a room reservation. If the room you wish to use a room that is not listed in the drop downs, that means it is either not available, or it is not in our scheduling system. You may wish to contact the entity in charge of that space.
Click the search link to the left, and you will be able to search for events with keywords, a date range, and categories.
